TOY LIFT

Toy Lift is the signature event of the Kids Lift Foundation. Toy Lift began in 1988 when founder Tom Powell decided to perch himself eighty feet up in a bucket truck at the corner of Hydraulic Rd. & 29. He stayed there until people donated 1,000 toys, which he then distributed to local children. Nineteen years later, Toy Lift has grown into a huge annual community event with food, entertainment, and media coverage, raising over 17,000 toys.

Thank You, Thank You, and Thank You!

We would like to thank everyone who helped make this year's events such a success. Everyone from the volunteers to the sponsors, the donors, the school coordinators, and our amazing advisors really wowed us with your efforts and generosity.

We collected about 8,000 toys and almost 10,000 books. Although we did not come close to our toy goal of 15,000; the cash contributions were there.

We were able to purchase toys to make up the difference and every kid on our list was taken care of! We provided toys to 2,670 children representing 7 school districts and 51 schools.

We hope every one of you has an amazing holiday season and spend it surrounded by friends and family. May you find the same love and generosity you showed our area children for yourself.

Thank You!
